oak leaf pattern placed within split panels with hand cut double border.
Careful attention to grain direction in relation to the rotation of the
hand held cutter is key when carving this type of detail piece.
A little less
traditional - a floral and scroll pattern carved in split panels with a
hand cut border. This stock also incorporates Ebony and Maple inlay work
around the brass screw cups for the action mount.
